What it involves
A contract is an agreement that binds the parties to do what they agreed: sell something, lend money, carry out work or collaborate in a business. Reviewing a contract before signing it, or having one drafted to suit you, avoids surprises, unfair terms and conflicts that are hard to resolve later.

Frequently asked questions
- Is a verbal contract valid?
- In many cases, yes, but it is very difficult to prove what was agreed. That is why it is always best to put it in writing, even if it is just a simple document signed by both parties.
- What do I do if I have already signed a contract with unfair terms?
- Do not give up on it. Some terms may have no effect, especially if you are a consumer. Bring us the contract and we will review what can be challenged.
- Should I sign a contract in Spanish if I do not fully understand it?
- It is better not to sign anything you do not understand. You can ask for time to review it or for a translation. We explain it to you in your language before you sign.
